By accessing and using noncaptcha.com ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

noncaptcha.com provides a platform for captcha solving services. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

5. Payment and Fees

The Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • No refunds for solved captchas: Once a captcha has been successfully solved and you have received the result, the fee for that solve is non-refundable.
  • Unused balance: Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable. However, if you decide to stop using the Service, you may request a refund of the remaining balance, subject to a 10% processing fee (minimum 100 RUB). Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only available within 30 days of the last deposit.
  • Chargebacks and disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 500 RUB per chargeback to cover administrative costs.
  • Technical errors: If we are unable to solve a captcha due to a verified technical issue on our side, we will refund the cost of that specific solve or, at your request, credit your account with an equivalent amount. Please contact support within 7 days of the incident.
  • Account termination: If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, noncaptcha.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
